How long can I expect my hair extensions to last?We recommend coming in for refills every 4–8 weeks. Once we have worked with your natural hair during the installation, we will be able to provide a more tailored guide — this depends on your hair’s thickness, strength and how quickly it grows. With the right care and maintenance, the KOSA hair itself can last up to 12 months before needing to be replaced.

Can I wash my hair as normal with hair extensions?Yes, you can wash your hair with extensions — it simply comes down to using the right products and techniques.
